Engadget’s gone gaga with the iPhone unlocking coverage so much so that they reportedly covered a new site that’s offering to sell the software necessary to unlock your expensive shiny thing that also makes phone calls, no word yet if Apple’s firmware updates have any affect on an unlocked iPhone. Also, this 17-year-old hacked it.

The Darwinian Awards profiled this idiot from 2006 who supposedly swallowed liquid nitrogen and lived to tell about it, props to a reddit user for posting this video clip about the severity of handling liquid nitrogen.

Not only is this supercomputer Europe’s largest , but is also the most beautiful because it’s housed in a rather kitschy Sicilian chapel. The MareNostrum in Barcelona Spain (get ready tech aficionados) sports: 2 dual-core IBM 64-bit PowerPC 970MP processor running at 2.3 GHz for 10240 computers in total. Let’s talk memory: 20 TB of RAM and 280 TB of external disk storage for more persistent storage.
